This privacy policy applies to the MindStreak - Daily Mood Tracker app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Berkcan Yüzer (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
The Application is designed with your privacy in mind. All your personal data (mood entries, activity logs, notes, streaks, scores, and settings) is stored locally on your device using SQLite database. The Service Provider does not collect, transmit, or store any of your personal data on external servers.
The Application does not collect any of the following information:
Third-Party Advertising: The Application displays ads through Google AdMob. While the Application itself does not collect device information, AdMob may collect certain device and usage information for ad delivery purposes. This is handled entirely by Google's advertising services and subject to their privacy policy (see Third Party Access section below).
Local Notifications: The Application uses local notifications to remind you to log your daily mood. These notifications are generated locally on your device and do not involve any external data collection or transmission.

Personalized Ads: The Application includes an optional setting for personalized advertising. When enabled (default), AdMob may use your advertising ID and browsing behavior to show relevant ads, which can increase ad revenue by 30-50%. The Service Provider does not share, sell, or transmit any of your personal mood data, notes, or activity logs to any third parties. Your data stays exclusively on your device.

When you uninstall the Application, all your locally stored data (mood entries, activities, notes, streaks, scores, and settings) will be permanently deleted from your device. There are no backups stored on external servers.

The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will immediately take necessary actions to remove such information.

The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. Since all your data is stored locally on your device and not transmitted to external servers, your data security primarily depends on your device's security measures (screen lock, encryption, etc.).
