This privacy policy applies to the Orbit Sling mobile application (hereby referred to as "Application") created by Berkcan Yüzer / YuzerAcc (https://berkcanyuzer.github.io/) (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is provided "AS IS".

1. Information Collection and Storage

The Application is built with a privacy-first approach. All your gameplay progress, high scores, unlocked spaceship skins, achievement badges, streak records, and game preferences (such as audio levels and language settings) are stored 100% locally on your device using secure local configuration files.

The Service Provider does NOT collect, harvest, transmit, or store any of the following personal data on external servers:

Your real name, physical address, or phone number
Your device's precise location (GPS)
Your personal contact list, photo gallery, or camera/microphone feeds
Your personal identity data

2. Third-Party Services & Advertising (Google AdMob)

The Application integrates Google AdMob to display non-intrusive banner advertisements, interstitial break ads between game sessions, and voluntary rewarded video ads (e.g., for the 1-time "Second Chance" revive mechanic).

While the Application itself does not collect your personal data, Google AdMob may collect certain device identifiers and telemetry data for ad delivery, analytics, and fraud prevention purposes. This processing is governed directly by Google's Privacy Policies:

Ad Personalization: You can manage or reset your advertising ID and ad tracking preferences at any time through your mobile device's system settings (Android: Settings > Google > Ads).

3. Device Permissions & Features

The Application requests only the essential system permissions required for core gameplay and ad functionality:

INTERNET & ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: Required exclusively to request and display Google AdMob advertisements.
VIBRATE: Required to provide haptic feedback during orbital launch mechanics and milestone achievements (can be toggled off in settings).

4. Children's Privacy

The Application is designed as a general-audience casual arcade game. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. If you believe that a child has provided personal information via ad interactions, please contact the Service Provider at berkcanyuzer@gmail.com so appropriate measures can be taken.

5. Data Retention & Uninstallation

Since all your game data (scores, skins, streaks, settings) is stored locally on your device, uninstalling the Application will permanently remove all stored game data. The Service Provider does not retain any cloud backups of your game progress.
